Na płycie Erica Galesa nie zabrakło interesujących gości, między innymi: Beth Hart, B.Slade’a czy Doyla Bramhalla II. Album zarejestrowano w niespełna 9 miesięcy w kalifornijskich studiach Delux w Van Nuys, The Dog House, Woodland Hills , Blakeslee Recording oraz North Hollywood. Niestety w trakcie nagrań albumu zmarł tragicznie producent David Bianco, dlatego też ostatecznie materiał wyprodukował znany ze współpracy między innymi z Faith No More czy Maroon 5 Matt Wallace, co według Galesa było swojego rodzaju szczęściem w nieszczęściu. Poprzedni krążek Erica Galesa, wydany w 2017 roku "In The Middle Of The Road" znalazł się na pierwszej pozycji iTunes Blues oraz na czwartej pozycji Billboard Blues. W prestiżowych magazynach w rodzaju Total Guitar oraz Classic Rock Magazine krążek został okrzyknięty mianem albumu roku. Eric Gales może poszczycić się również tym, iż jest ceniony przez gitarzystów , którzy sami zaliczani są w poczet najwybitniejszych - do jego fanów należą bowiem: Carlos Santana, Dave Navarro (Jane’s Addiction, Red Hot Chili Peppers), Mark Tremonti (Alter Bridge), Joe Bonamassa, Tony Rombola (Godsmack) czy Tosin Abasi (Animals as Leaders). These quartets date from 1793 and were written when Haydn returned home to Vienna after a visit to London which had cemented his international fame as a composer and public figure.The composer wrote a set of six string quartets for Count Anton Apponyi, a chamberlain at the Imperial Court. The set was broken up into two groups of three and sold to separate publishers, thus becoming the Op 71 and Op 74 Quartets, both released this month by the acclaimed Takács Quartet.The quartets possess an orchestral sonority, and the frequent modulations, dynamic variations and increasingly virtuosic writing can be derived from elements of the six London Symphonies. They demonstrate the composer’s astonishing elegance, lyricism and his immense skill in fusing the profound with the light-hearted. In these compelling interpretations the Takács Quartet display an absolute unanimity of tone and style and cement their reputation as one of today’s greatest string quartets.

Premiera albumu "E.S.T. Live In London" zbiega się z przypadającą w czerwcu 10-rocznicą tragicznej śmierci założyciela i lidera formacji Esbjörna Svenssona.
