Kari to polska artystka, producentka, od 2013 roku mieszkająca w Wielkiej Brytanii. W swoim dorobku ma dwie autorskie płyty “Daddy Says I’m Special” (Nextpop, 2011) i “Wounds And Bruises” (Nextpop, 2013). „I Am Fine” to przełom w twórczości Kari. Na swojej trzeciej płycie artystka zaskakuje, pokazując zupełnie inne muzyczne oblicze. W porównaniu do poprzednich albumów, pełnych eterycznych dźwieków i delikatności, na „I Am Fine“ piosenki brzmią dynamicznie i promieniują energią.
