Czasami w muzyce improwizowanej może być dystans między słuchaczem a wykonawcą, poczucie, że siedzisz i podziwiasz ich grę i abstrakcję, ale z drugim albumem Szuna Waves jesteś tam z nimi, wewnątrz gry, doświadczając absolutnej radości trzech muzyków, którzy krążą wokół siebie, badając przestrzenie, które otworzyli. Trzej członkowie mają już swoje własne osiągnięcia:  Luke Abbott z Norfolk jest dobrze znany ze swoich eksploracji stref między czystą atmosferą a skrajnymi brzmieniami kultury klubowej. Jack Wyllie (Portico Quartet i Circle) jest w awangardzie brytyjskich fuzji jazzu, muzyki klasycznej i klubowej.  Australijski perkusista Laurence Pike również znalazł unikalny głos w improwizowanej i eksperymentalnej muzyce, czy to w zespołach Triosk, czy PVT, czy jako solowy artysta. Relacja muzyczna tria rosła naturalnie i stale co udowadniają na tej płycie. "New Hymn To Freedom" to dokument zawierający sześć całkowicie żywych improwizacji - a jego tytuł nie mógł być bardziej trafny.
