Brazylijski klawesynista założył wydawnictwo Paraty w 2007 roku. Pierwotnym celem było ukończenie cyklu klawiszowych partit Bacha - BWV 825-830. Działalność Paraty rozszerzyła się dzięki dołączeniu kolejnych instrumentalistów Nicolasa Stavy, Ivan Ilić’a czy teraz gambistki Emmanuelle Guigue. "Well Tempered Scarlatti" to płyta podsumowująca historię Mario Martinoliego i jego niecodzienną wizję muzyki Scarlattiego, na którą składają się intepretacje Wendy'ego Carlosa, Gustava Leonhardta i Arturo Benedeti-Michelangelego. Trzy zasłyszane już w dzieciństwie wersje różnią się od siebie całkowicie, pomagając Martinoliniemu odkryć bogactwo muzycznej palety Scarlattiego i zbudować trwałą więź z jego muzyką.
