W ten oto sposób polscy dziennikarze recenzowali debiutancki album Norah Jones "Come Away With Me” , który ukazał się w marcu 2002 roku. Wszyscy spodziewali się ogromnego sukcesu albumu, jednak wynik przekroczył nasze najśmielsze oczekiwania. Na całym świecie płyta sprzedała się w zawrotnej, jak na tak wyrafinowaną muzykę, liczbie 18 milionów egzemplarzy.W Polsce album "Come Away With Me” również odniósł oszałamiający sukces, uzyskując status Złotej Płyty i sprzedając się w ilości ponad 65.000 nośników. W chwili obecnej Norah Jones jest jedną z najbardziej popularnych wokalistek na świecie. Po zdobyciu 8 nagród Grammy za swój debiutancki krążek (w tym za najlepszą wokalistkę, album, piosenkę), światowej trasie koncertowej i wydaniu koncertowego DVD "Live In New Orleans”, przyszła kolej na zupełnie nowy album tej utalentowanej wokalistki."Feels Like Home” to najnowszy album Norah, którego premiera odbyła się 9 lutego 2004. Na nowej płycie znalazło się 13 utworów, z których 7, w całości lub częściowo, napisała sama Jones. Do powstania premierowego materiału przyczynili się również członkowie zespołu, z którym Norah koncertuje: Lee Alexander (gitara basowa), Kevin Breit (gitara), Andrew Borger (perkusja), Adam Levy (gitara) i Daru Oda (chórki, instrumenty klawiszowe). Na płycie artystka umieściła ponadto własne interpretacje utworów Townesa Van Zandta, Toma Waitsa i Kathleen Brennan, a także Duke’a Ellingtona (Jones napisała własny tekst do kompozycji Ellingtona pt. “Melancholia”).W nagraniach na "Feels Like Home" wzięła udział Dolly Parton oraz Levon Helm i Garth Hudson z The Band, a także kilku muzyków sesyjnych, którzy uczestniczyli w pracy nad "Come Away With Me": Brian Blade, gitarzyści Jesse Harris i Tony Scherr oraz Rob Burger (instrumenty klawiszowe).
