Ty ma razem nie bez powodu to nie tylko ich nazwiska sygnują tą płytę - równie bowiem ważne dla ostatecznego brzmienia płyty jest bowiem bliskowschodnie instrumentarium osiadłego w Nowym Yorku wirtuoza oud (arabskiej lutni) Brahima Frigbane'a, akordeon Teda Reichman'a czy klarnety Douga Weiselman'a. To właśnie dzięki tym współtwórcom albumu nabiera on tym razem zdecydowanie bardziej etnicznego charakteru. Więcej tu odwołań do Bliskiego Wschodu i północy Afryki, pobrzmiewa na bębnach piasek arabskich pustyń. Na pierwszy plan wysuwa się jednak niesamowity, nie dający się podrobić, słodki i mroczny jednocześnie głos Jennifer Charles. To on najsilniej zapada w pamięć i tworzy unikatowy zupełnie nastrój płyty.

Artystę uhonorowano wieloma nagrodami i wyróżnieniami, m.in. w 1986 r Aznavour został wpisany do American Songwriters Hall of Fame, w 1998r zaś zastał uznany ( przez CNN/Time Online) Artystą Wieku, dyskredytując tak wielkich Artystów jak Bob Dylan czy Elvis Presley. Od 2009 jest Ambasadorem Armenii w Szwajcarii i delegatem ONZ w Genewie.
