Tytuł płyty został zaczerpnięty z wiersza „Monument” Ricka Hollanda (współpracownika Briana Eno).„Zawsze chciałem tworzyć wyrafinowaną muzykę, przy użyciu bardzo niewyszukanych środków” - o swoich nowych kompozycjach mówi Doyle.Na płycie można usłyszeć brzmienia instrumentów smyczkowych przygotowanych przez Hannę Peel, za miks całości odpowiedzialny był Graham Sutton, zaś szatę graficzną - inspirowaną pracami Andy`ego Warhola - przygotował Dan Tombs.
