Czwarty album zespołu Afromental, wydany z okazji 10-lecia istnienia grupy, zaskakuje nową, wzbogaconą mieszanką stylów. „Mental House” to niezwykłe połączenie radosnego, rytmicznego, energetycznego grania z ciężkimi brzmieniami. W utworach wciąż słychać charakterystyczny groove i flow z pogranicza soulu, hip-hopu i funku, ale wyraźnie wyczuwa się brzmienia inspirowane muzyką Korn, Alice In Chains, Guns N'Roses czy Limp Bizkit. Członkowie zespołu zapewniają, że „Mental House” to najbardziej autentyczna, spójna i oddająca ich osobowość płyta. Album zawiera 10 utworów. Tytułowy, pełen energii singiel "Mental House” nawiązuje stylistyką do rapcore'a oraz hard rocka. Z kolei „For Myself” przynosi sporo żywej groove'owej pulsacji na początku, która po chwili ewoluuje w mieszankę hip-hopu, soulu i gitarowego grania pożenionego ze skreczami. Chórki nasuwają skojarzenia z gospel, a orkiestracje i dęciaki kierują nas w stronę funkową.
