One Of Us Is The Killer to piąty studyjny album w dorobku amerykanów z mathcore'owej formacji The Dillinger Escape Plan. Wydany nakładem własnego wydawnictwa Smasher Inc., został nagrany w południowej Kalifornii, pod okiem wieloletniego współpracownika, producenta Steve'a Evettsa (Glassjaw, The Cure, Suicide Silence), zaś dodatkowe prace produkcyjne zostały wykonane w studiu gitarzysty i współzałożyciela zespołu, Bena Weinmana. Muzyka The Dillinger Escape Plan ewoluowała z połączenia metalu, rocka, eksperymentalnej atmosfery oraz melodii, a po raz pierwszy można ją było usłyszeć w 1997 roku za sprawą EP-ki The Dillinger Escape Plan. Grupa szybko zdobyła uznanie jako nieustraszony wykonawca koncertowy, obnażając swoje umysły, ciała i dusze, często podczas występów brutalnie traktując zarówno scenę, sprzęt, jak i samych siebie.
