Na "Best Troubador" przewraca strony swojego śpiewnika, zatrzymując się na tych niezmiennych od lat stronach, jednak odkrywa je za każdym razem na nowo. Przenosząc się od roku 1978 do 1969, od 2003 do 1981, sprawia, że album w swoim cyklu jest prawdziwym wspomnieniem, podążającym z miejsca do miejsca, powodując dyskretne wrażenie nieznanego, a przy tym znajomego.
