Wznowienie na kompakcie debiutanckiego albumu jednej z legend amerykańskiej muzyki, pochodzącej z Louisville w stanie Kentucky formacji NRBQ. Nazwa oznaczała "New Rhythm and Blues Quartet". Kapela powstała w 1966 roku, a jej muzyka była połączeniem rocka, popu, rhythm and bluesa oraz country i folku. W piosenkach dało się też zauważyć ślady jazzu. Debiutancki album zespół (istniejący z przerwami do dziś) nagrał w Nowym Jorku z legendarnym Eddiem Kramerem za konsoletą. Płyta ukazała się w 1969 roku i obok kompozycji oryginalnych zawierała przeróbki nagrań Eddiego Cochrana i Sun Ra.
