Pierwszy singiel tego wybitnego zespołu, zatytułowany "She`s So High", ukazał się w październiku 1990. Pięć lat później Blur otrzymał cztery statuetki Brit Award, a także nagrodę Ivor Novello Award. Band był również dwukrotnie nominowany do nagrody Mercury Music Prize, za płytę "Parklife" w 1994 roku i za album "13" w roku 1999. Wydawnictwo zawiera 25 utworów obejmujących karierę Blur udokumentowaną siedmioma studyjnymi albumami zespołu.
