Grupa Crystal Viper została założona w 2003 roku w Katowicach, przez wokalistkę i pianistkę Martę Gabriel (absolwentkę szkoły muzycznej), oraz jej męża Barta Gabriela (producenta, menadżera i dziennikarza muzycznego).Nowa płyta „Legends” ukazała się dzięki niemieckiej AFM i jak sugeruje tytuł, wszystkie teksty na płycie są napisane zostały w oparciu o oryginalne legendy  z czasów średniowiecza. Okładka została namalowana przez francuskiego artystę Chrisa Moyena, który wcześniej pracował  z Slayer, Trivium, BEHERIT. Gościnnie na płycie wystąpili Rhino (ex-Manowar), Stefan Kaufmann (UDO, ex-Accept), Mat Sinner (Primal Fear, grzesznik) i Sven D'Anna i Dano Boland (Wizard).Lista utworów:01. The Truth02.
