Wznowienie znakomitego akustycznego występu Roda Stewarta z 1993 roku w ramach serii MTV Unplugged. Koncert zarejestrowano 5 lutego 1993 roku w Universal Studios, w Los Angeles. Wtedy fantastyczny Szkot po raz pierwszy od blisko 20 lat spotkał się na scenie ze swoim przyjacielem z The Faces, a wówczas już od ponad dwóch dekad gitarzystą The Rolling Stones, Ronnie'em Woodem. Krążek okazał się wielkim sukcesem Roda Stewarta. Tylko w USA trzykrotnie pokrył się platyną.
