"Walk Through Fire" to debiutancki krążek pochodzącej z okolic angielskiego Bristolu charyzmatycznej wokalistki Yoli, który został wyprodukowany przez laureata Grammy Dana Auerbacha, połowę duetu The Black Keys. Muzyka Angielki to połączenie country, gospel i soulu. Yola wykorzystuje w utworach bogate instrumentarium, które z dodanym wokalem, dają niesamowitą całość. Yola wychowywała się w niewielkiej mieścinie nieopodal Bristolu. Jako dziecko doświadczyła wielkiej biedy. Nie miała też wsparcia rodziców, którzy nie akceptowali muzycznych fascynacji córki. Przez jakiś czas była bezdomna i mieszkała na ulicach Londynu. Była jednak uparta i konsekwentna. W końcu udało jej się zrealizować marzenie o śpiewaniu. Przez krótki czas Yola była też częścią legendy muzyki, grupy Massive Attack. Śpiewała również w zespole Phantom Limb, otwierając koncerty, chociażby Jamesa Browna i Dr. Johna.
