23 października 2009 ukazał się album "Miłość! Uwaga! Ratunku! Pomocy!". To dziewiąta studyjna płyta w 17 letniej karierze zespołu Hey.Krążek zawiera 10 premierowych utworów.Jaka to płyta? Trudno powiedzieć – zapewne najtrafniej ocenią ją słuchacze i dziennikarze, ale jak to przeważnie bywało, każdy kolejny album Hey'a był inny od swoich poprzedników i ta zasada zostaje utrzymana.Za realizację, miks i produkcję odpowiedzialny jest Marcin Bors, z którym Katarzyna Nosowska miała już okazję pracować przy swoich dwóch ostatnich solowych albumach: "Unisexblues" i "Osiecka".Album z małymi przerwami nagrywany był od kwietnia do sierpnia – początkowo w Krainie Westernu w Sarnowej Górze, a następnie we wrocławskim studio Fonoplastykon.
