Alle drei Werke dieser Aufnahme (darunter die erst 2005 wiederentdeckte Huldigungsarie Alles mit Gott und nichts ohn' ihn BWV 1127 für Bachs Weimarer Dienstherrn Wilhelm Ernst von Sachsen-Weimar) untermauern den exzellenten Ruf der Sopranistin Dorothee Mields als eine der führenden Bach-Sängerinnen unserer Zeit. Mit dem L'Orfeo Barockorchester unter Michi Gaigg legt sie einmal mehr exemplarische Interpretationen dieser eher selten zu hörenden Solokantaten vor.
