Gdyby spróbować podzielić wielbicieli muzyki elektronicznej na konkretne podgatunki, to bez wątpienia zdecydowaną większość stanowiłaby społeczność fanów trance. Firma Pure Trance Recordings założona została w 2014 roku, przez brytyjskiego muzyka Richarda Mowatta, znanego DJ’a i producenta, występującego pod aliasem Solarstone. Dzięki niemu, w końcu znalazło się miejsce na wydawnictwa, które nie są hybrydami różnych stylów, nie mają też nic wspólnego z komercją i popowymi masówkami. Kompilacje pt. „Pure Trance”, jak sama nazwa wskazuje, przenoszą nas do świata najlepszych klubowych wibracji. Odsłonę z numerem siedem, przygotowali Kristina Sky, Solarstone oraz Lostly.  Trzy płyty, zawierające aż 50 wybornych utworów, w większości skomponowanych specjalnie na potrzeby tego albumu.
