Siódmy studyjny album chicagowskiej grupy Disturbed, jednej z najbardziej cenionych formacji metalowych w USA, której pięć płyt zadebiutowało na szczycie notowania "Billboardu". Album jest promowany przez wybrane w głosowaniu przez fanów singlowe nagranie "Are You Ready". Materiał został nagrany w Las Vegas z Kevinem Churko (m. in. Ozzy Osbourne, "Immortalized" Disturbed) za konsoletą. "To najbardziej eklektyczna płyta w naszej karierze. Każda piosenka ma swoją tożsamość, feeling, moc. Praca nad tym albumem była dla nas magicznym doświadczeniem. Tworzyliśmy bez jakichkolwiek ograniczeń, pozwalając prowadzić się inspiracjom" mówią muzycy Disturbed. Płyta dedykowana jest zmarłym przyjaciołom muzykom, chociażby Chesterowi Benningtonowi z Linkin Park i Vinniemu Paulowi z Pantery.
